Complete Xara 3D Free Tutorial in Urdu & Hindi
A Timely Xara X1 and Xara 3D-6 Tutorial
Xara Ltd. has just released the latest version of Xara 3D-6. Creating cool animations and 3D effects on type has never been easier. But with a small amount of effort, you can push the envelope and create realistic objects such as the wall clock in this month's tutorial. The technique we will use is based upon Mike Sim'sbrilliant Guest Tutorial in which he created a photorealistic astrolabe (see the screen capture below). Some knowledge of Xara X1 is helpful, but most users should be able to complete this tutorial.
Xara 3D 6 Has just been released.
Traditional 3D programs are notoriously difficult to use and understand. Not so Xara3D 6. And while I cannot argue with any of it, what Xara left out is how much fun Xara 3D 6 is and how even the least artistic person can create something way cool just by keying in some text and then applying any of the dozens of redesigned animation templates. As those persons who are 1/3 my age would say, it rocks! And the big news is now you can create and copy a shape in Xara X and paste it directly into Xara 3D 6.

The amazing thing, to me at any rate, is once you get the idea of how to do it, the possibilities are endless for what other cool things you can create using Mike's technique.

Complete Corel Video Studio X2 Free Tutorial in Urdu & Hindi
Most people have a digital camera these days. Even more people have cell phones or mobile phones. And many have digital camcorders or webcams. Thanks to technology. The prices of these items are coming down. And, of course, most people have computers in their homes too. The ownership of these few items make endless possibilities of having fun, not to talk about doing serious things.

The other end of this fun equation is existence of YouTube. People all over the world are going crazy uploading their videos/movies to YouTube, which is free. It takes only a couple of minutes to open a free YouTube account. Thereafter, you can upload unlimited number of videos or home movies to YouTube, either through your computer or directly from your camcorder, cell phone, or webcam. And don't forget, to make and have fun with home movies, you don't necessarily need to have a camcorder. Most digital still cameras can capture movies too. If you buy a large size memory card for your still camera, you can join this latest craze of making home movies and uploading them to YouTube. See my Las Vegas video which I made using photos and video clips shot with a tiny digital still camera. I am sure, you'll agree the final result is pretty amazing!
Live action can be recorded instantly as a YouTube video via your computer's webcam, thanks to technology. Or something recorded with your mobile phone or camcorder can be directly uploaded to YouTube for the whole world to see almost immediately. But unless something has a news value, there is usually no need for such a haste. The videos of your vacation, or your sister's marriage ceremony, or your son's sporting event, or your father's retirement party, or the concert you attended the other night should actually be polished up first and given a prefessional looking finish before sharing them with friends and family, or uploading them to YouTube for the whole world to see.
Another name for polishing up videos is video editing. During the the process of editing you actually do, or should do, several things. For example, you should first make the images look their best by correcting exposure and focusing, compensating any camera shake, correcting colors and hues, etc. Then you should cut and discard unnecessary parts of every video clip, adjust the sound volume or mute the videos completely to make them suitable for adding narration or music. You can add special effects to your videos by adding special filters, you can add special transition effects between scenes, you can add special, eye-catching, animated titles in the beginning, at the end, even in the middle of videos. You can add narration or description of the scenes, and, of course, you can add music. All these additional things will make your video stand out. A well dressed up video leaves a much better impression in the minds of the viewers than the raw footage shot by the camera. The last and final part of video editing involves saving the video in a suitable file format, and then either burning it into a DVD disk, or sending it to the Internet (YouTube), or sending to a mobile, or uploading it to iPod, or all of the above. In other words, the last part involves sharing.
After adding all these additional things to your video (dressing up your video), the final product should look like a mini-movie, generally referred to as a home movie. The purpose of this Web site is to teach the beginners how to make a decent home movie.
To learn how to make a nice home movie, you basically need to learn the basics of video editing. There are many video editing software available in the market. The price ranges from zero dollars to over a thousand dollars. Windows comes with a free video editing program called Windows Movie Maker. For absolute beginners, it is a pretty good software which is also easy to use. But it has limited capability. If you want to do more, then you'll have to buy a video editing program.

Nonetheless, Premiere is easy and customizable, and its many extras, including a great CD-ROM tutorial, more than make up for the wait. Get set and Go
Adobe Premiere 6.5
Premiere's installation process is quick and painless; just pop in the CD-ROM and watch the program load everything you need. You can either do a simple installation (for the whole kit and caboodle) or do a custom installation and select whether to install the tutorial files, sample movies, or QuickTime. Premiere's Total Training CD-ROM steps you through the setup process; for example, it helps you pick a program template that defines how the program treats your video. Total Training might just save you hours of mistakes. If you pick the wrong program template (say the DV wide-screen setting instead of the DV 48KHz setting), your video won't work properly. In this example, your footage would come into the program stretched into a wide-screen format. Need additional help? Adobe's tech support is available via the Web or by phone Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, or you can contact Adobe anytime on the Web. During peak times, you'll have to wait a bit before you can talk to a human being.
Refined look
If you've used Premiere, you'll notice a few interface enhancements right off the bat. Version 6.0 not only lets you move, reshape, and resize its windows, it now saves your customized interface as a preset, so you can call it up from the Windows pull-down menu every time you load the program.Quick capture
It's easy to capture DV footage in Premiere 6.0; just choose a DV input template from the dialog box (which defines the video file's size and format), plug the camcorder into your PC's 1394 FireWire port, and you're off and running. Once you've captured the video, store and organize your footage in folders in the Project window. This will come in extremely handy if you have to deal with, say, 100 different files. To add a video clip to your project, simply drag it from the Bin into the Monitor window or onto a track on the timeline. Ready to edit your footage? All the tools you need to move or replace clips reside in the upper part of the Premiere timeline.
Cool effects
When it comes to fancy effects, Premiere really goes that extra mile. It ships with a variety of effects and transitions (such as blur, wipe, and dissolve), and its new keyframes feature--a visual marker that records and displays the state of a particular effect (say, amount of blur)--gives you even greater control over the appearance and duration of said effects. Put two keyframes on your timeline several frames apart--the second with more blur, perhaps, than the first--and Premiere interpolates between those two values and shows you how much blur appears on each frame over the course of the effect. Most mid range editors include keyframes, but only Premiere shows you how effects change your video frame by frame.
Even with Premiere's neat key frames tool, Mac users may find that Final Cut Pro 2.0 has a few more precision editing features, including three-point editing. With this complex editing operation, you can fill in a section of your program without having to set in and out times on your main footage--a great time-saver when you're working with a lot of footage.
